What is raw denim and how do I care for it?
Raw denim is unwashed, untreated denim that breaks in and fades uniquely to your body over time. We recommend wearing your jeans for at least 6 months before the first wash to achieve high-contrast fades. When you do wash, hand wash in cold water and hang to dry.
How do I find the right fit?
Our fits range from Super Guy (Skinny) to Strong Guy (Wide). We provide a detailed size chart for every single garment. We recommend measuring your favorite pair of jeans and comparing those dimensions to our size guide for the best accuracy.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 within North America. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 21 days of delivery. Please note that items that have been customized or hemmed are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you provide hemming services?
Yes, we offer professional chain-stitch hemming on our vintage Union Special machines. You can select your desired inseam length on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
Where are Naked & Famous Denim products made?
We proudly source the world's finest denim fabrics from Japan and manufacture all of our jeans in our own factory in Montreal, Canada, ensuring ethical production and high-quality craftsmanship.
